Googling turns up this and this. The orbiter software requires the software at the former link to be installed on your network first.

Hello,

I am one of the LinuxMCE developers.

In LinuxMCE, an Orbiter is very much a graphical remote control, that communicates with a LinuxMCE installation inside a house. It can control all aspects of the house, from lights, to climate, telecom, and media control from one panel.

There can be many different orbiters in the house, ranging from the on-screen displays of each media director, to a Nokia N810, to a cell phone (such as a Nokia N70), to PDAs, to even a Cisco 7970 IP phone, or a tablet PC.

You must have a working LinuxMCE installation, in order to use the Nokia N800/810 orbiter.
