Here is one :
It creates a random code and the cables need to get paired. I'm guessing its a bit like mastermind, though i'm no sure.
Any kind of simple puzzle that forces you awake would be fine.
It could stay in the background, and activate when the time is up.
And start quiet then grow louder, to make things more interesting. Of course it shouldn't allow you to kill it from the menu button.
I hope I can interest someone, I don't think i've seen such a thing in a handheld device before, but maybe I'm wrong.
