Is there any way to use the tablet remotely from windows desktop? lie a client for vnc?

any recommendations

Yes, there are a number of VNC clients for Windows; TightVNC, UltraVNC, and RealVNC are the first to come to mind. I mainly use TightVNC, but I'm not at all sure it is (or even was, when I set it up) the best option.

what would one load ont he tablet thoug?

There's an x11vnc project out there with a Chinook build; I'd expect it still works, but if not, there's a Debian package; the binaries from that package might work, or it would definitely work from chroot.
