thanks about the MiniSD card although i cant find one that goes up to 8Gb but i have found 8Gb microSD that dont come with adaptors so i have to spend an extra £5 on an 2gb miniSD card just for the adaptor (although i could put the 2gb in my phone 
).
my current case is a nice padded psp case but the n810 is smaller than a n800 so i will get a ds case and sell the psp one with the n800.
as you quoted $160 its about £100 which is what i was going to sell it to him in the first place.
still no answer for 3

So do i need to buy wayfinder to have a route of where i have been?I was not going to get wayfinder as it costs loads and i cant afford £67.99.
