Is there any software available for the 770 to find hotspots like netstumbler?

Kismet - is even better because it works passive and it show networks without ssid.

Kismet is good, but not perfect. Its ncurses based interface leaves a lot to be desired on a pen-oriented tablet computer. The current version also does not play well with the power management (such as it is) of the 770. If you don't tap the screen every few minutes, scanning will stop. Being launched from a command line, Kismet takes too long to launch for a quick, casual scan and due to the power management problems, isn't too helpful for wardriving/warwalking. That said, Kismet is probably the most powerful site survey tool ever created. I would love to see a hildonized version of the front end as well as a fix of the power management issues.

Another option you may want to look into is the "park wifi detector" released by Nokia. It is helpful for a lot of casual wifi detection uses.
