Hello,

I use the internet radio with media player on my n810 everyday.

For that last month I've been listening to a Polish station called "EDEN", last week it disappeared. Actually, about 4 stations were gone.

So, are there updates to the radio lists? I guess it would be happening without me seeing it. Who does it? And, if stations are being added, it would be nice to know which ones.

Can I add my own radio stations to the directory in media player?

thanks

There is a file /home/user/mediaplayer-engine/radiochannels.m3u .
You can edit this file and add internet radio entries.
Download from a web radio station by right clicking a 'tune in' or similar link and it will download an .m3u / .pls file which contents you can add to the abovementioned file.
E.g. www.shoutcast.com has several 'tune in' links which start a media player by default but can download an .m3u (or .pls) file when right clicking.

For what it's worth, O/S update SSU 5.2008.43-7 removed my Internet radio favorite channels. With skatebiker's helpful post, I was able to find a backup of radiochannels.m3u in my backups folder in settings.zip file. It had all of my stations saved. With root account to shuffle things back and a reboot, all is well again.
