which file managers allow me to use bookmarks for directories as well as a default starting directory each time i start the file manager up, etc?

and is it possible after installing the new file manager uninstall the default file manager?

using os2k8 diablo

EDIT: and thumb friendly as well

Try emelfm2 (for bookmarks & startup directory):
http://maemo.org/downloads/product/OS2008/emelfm2/

I don't think you can uninstall the default osso file manager though.

Is it thumb friendly? from the screenshots, the icons look so small
