Ok, I downloaded Palm Desktop and installed it but It never asked for me to give a HotSync ID. Where do I go from here?
Also, I completed your instruction with X-Terminal. Does this mean that the number I added is now my HotSync Number which I can then use to buy my Expense Diary?

Also, is there a better expense recorder for the n810 that is easier to deal with?
I searched the threads and could not really find a direct answer to my question. I'm trying to buy Expense Diary from palmgear.com which the 30 day trial version I downloaded works great on GVM. BUT when I try to buy the software it says I need to give my Hot Sync User ID before I can buy. What is my Hot Sync User ID and where can I find it? I have no idea what I am doing and am totally confused. Thanks for all your help.
