Okay, I have a little more information after finally having a chance to dig into the wiki for a bit.

I backed up, reflashed, and restored from backups (but did not reinstall packages.) and I got another random reboot.

I found the article on rebooting issues, and following that, I found that

/proc/bootreason contained sw_rst

/var/lib/dsme/stats/lifeguard_resets contained

Code:
/usr/sbin/dsp_dld -p  --disable-restart -c /lib/dsp/dsp_dld_avs.conf : 1 *
I'm going to reflash and *not* restore backups today.

It did seem to solve the problem. I have not isolated the cause, but the N810 has been pretty stable for the last week.
