What if it boots to the lockkey screen then cuts off and come on again then do it all over again It started when I went in to something called serves in control I turn every thing off help how do I get it to come back on. (is it like window and have a safetymode.)

Sounds like you've turned off some essential services the unit needs to boot. My recommendation is that you reinstall the OS into the device and leave the controls "as is"...

how do I do that it won't come long to hook in to the computer. is there a button I con push?

It worked fast its been off for two weeks 20 min!

... Then you have to reflash. I's the tablet's way of saying that something is b0rked in the OS.
