Canola application froze and now I cannot get rid of it. It always stays in the task manager on the left side of the screen. I tried switching off the device, it doesn't help. Canola is still there.

Please help.

I'm surprised it survived a shut down. Are you sure you probably shut it down, not just locked the touch screen and keys?

After third or fourth shut down and power up (screen goes black and Nokia logo with hands is displayed after I press the power button), Canola disappeared.
