Hey, I just got an n810 last week and I love it.
I have already done some hacking, such as programming a custom dvorak keyboard layout and soldering up a female to female USB adapter for flash drives. I have also put tape around my battery so it doesn't jiggle around in the battery bay and potentially damage the connections over time.
I think that's about it so far, pretty good for only a week of having it though

I have been lurking for a while, so I figured I'd sign up to share knowledge
