Got my n800 and what's with the earphones/headphones? ...one side is longer than the other and you cannot change the length by sliding something.

I've seen this on other brand headphones before -- one side is longer than the other and you cannot change the length by sliding something. It's a real peeve of mine, feels weird when wearing them kinda.
If I replace them I want to get one with built in mic.
