First of all, I love the hightlights of the PSP Go. Especially the last item in the picture -- "More features" INGENIOUS!

Anyway, this is seriously old technology. I'm bad at visualizing dimensions, so I'm going to leave that alone and just look at the tech specs:
  • CPU, 333 MHz -- Really? This is slower than the n800 (which runs at 400 Mhz), but faster than the 770 (252 MHz). It doesn't say that type of processor or anything, but with tablets moving towards OMAP3 and 600-800 MHz, this seems like REALLY old tech.
  • 64 MB Memory -- On par with the 770. I'm guessing that you're only going to have one application open at a time, so I suppose that's OK...
  • 3.8 inch display (480x272) -- About the same size screen as the tablets (a little smaller), with about half the resolution.
  • 802.11b -- WHAT?!? They couldn't even stick G in this thing? With N starting to get bigger and bigger, you would think they would at LEAST want G...
With specs like that, I would imagine at $200 price tag, and they're going for $250, so it's not too unreasonable.

As for the web browser... I'm guessing it'll be just as bad as the first PSP, which was a cool novelty.. but just doesn't cut it with today's tech.

I think they should cut out the web browser personally.... or just have it as an optional download afterwards. I mean it's AWFUL.

I still really like it as a portable game system... I mean there have been no recent huge developments in the portable section.... the DS and PSP have remained relatively unchanged since like 2003 or 2004 or whenever they came out.
