i have some questions for maemo mapper,
how do you save maps to the internal memory card of the nokia n810?

i also wanted to know how you could make the nokia speak out driving directions using maemo mapper i already have flite installed, but i can't make it speak.

i also wanted to know if you could make a new route offline with downloaded maps?

Saving maps to the internal memory card is done by going to Maps->Manage Repositories.... and selecting a different folder (e.g. your internal memory card) for the Cache DB.

I had that issue with flite too but can't remember how I solved it. stupid question but I presume you have the "Enable Voice Synthesis" option ticked in the Settings->Announce tab?
