This is already under discussion in the "Dell working on Android MID" thread in "Competitors".
"According to the paper, two people who saw early prototypes described the device as slightly larger than Apple Inc's iPod Touch, which is similar to the iPhone but does not have cellphone capabilities."
BTW, still waiting for the N810 successor, but if it's a phone, I won't bother. The Dell device could be promising.
