Ok, I've done a little digging...
A4 paper folded as Quim suggested is 14.85 cm x 11.5 cm. I found some candidates for that size.
1.

I'm not sure that one will work though. It may also be too expensive.

Looks a little more like it. Size given is inches but it will work with horizontal room to spare.
Anyway my point is not to identify a supplier but to show that the size is covered.
Next I'll work up some layout ideas.

Er... can you explain the reasoning of this? We can think of special cases for the main room, or at least one room at a time if all this "overhead" is easy to transport. But having this setting for the 3 rooms all the time might be too much overhead.
But fair enough, maybe it's too much to ask.
For my own presentation (Sat 11:00-> "Track 1", don't know what room), I'd like to have:
- a large TV or secondary projector to show the N900 UI via TV-Out cable (analog video, RCA)
- The main projector in that room supporting DVI connector for my laptop

Update about wlan:
The WLAN networks will be built as follows:
1 network with 500 access points for the participants
1 network with 30 access points for the demo people and in case a more solid network is needed for the presenters there are 10 access points reserved
A couple of things to note:
- The coverage may be limited in de N800 / Kapel room as the antenna is located in the N810 / Machinegebouw big room. We have asked for 1 fixed Internet connection (to be used for 1 laptop at the time not to build a local WLAN). Being the room for the platform development maybe the guys can hack together a solution.
- Other rooms are OK including the Community room with plenty of tables and chairs - free out of lunch hours.
- There is no connectivity planned for the park. Any signal you get is just a bonus.
