I'm gonna keep my Amazon order simply just because if I decide to return the phone I wont have to deal with any drama and hassle, buy.com sucks when it comes to return your money. $20 isnt much for me, I can skip dinner tonight :-P

I was wondering if i buy it from buy.com is there a new york state tax that i have to pay like i do with pre-ordering it on amazon?

Just like CA to pay for their socialized programs, yet these are the states that are bankrupt and putting state workers on furloughs...2012 is just around the corner...

i would imagine, its under warranty
