Uhm, I believe there is. Depends on where he is but Ebay tells me its covered.
I just looked again, that Paypal icon is not displaying properly for me. It looks like it says $150 protection.

Under the Payments section right next to the image of the N900 it says Pay with PayPal and you're fully protected.
So you´ve got the protection.

I hope Amazon ships out next week.. that way I can cancel my Newegg order (and hoping that Newegg if this is the case doesn't ship out before the 30th).
