Hi guys,

I would like to understand why this radio is working in the N900:
mms://streamla100.uigc.net/la100

but these two not:
http://streaming.fmrockandpop.com/rockandpop
http://streaming.metro951.com/metro

I think that all of them are using the same format!
Also if someone know how to make them work it will be great!
Thanks a lot!

The only difference i could see using vlc (on a desktop) is that the one that works has a 28 khz bitrate, the 2 that don't have 32 khz
Shouldn't matter though

Just tried it on my N900

Change the HTTP:// to MMS://

And the stations play fine

Any way to search for stations and add them from results (much like on the N95)?

Also, can I deleted the prepopulated ones somehow?

Dont know how to search for new stations, but to delete them just press and hold on which station you want to delete and a box should pop up

Yes, that's what kmplayer does too. Just tested http://streaming.fmrockandpop.com/rockandpop and it works just fine (using gstreamer, mplayer does the http->mms conversion itself)
