Which device? Have you checked out Anvarol here or got a link? Could you be more specific?
PS. I tried to Google "upcoming 4" wifi device have ubuntu ARM version on it" after I read the OP. I found this thread.

But when install a SIM on it internal or external it can do voip.
I like N900 because it is almost a real computer but upcoming 4" wifi device have ubuntu ARM version on it, it is completely computer.
hope to know pros and cons for this two different approach.
