ok - i just got my N900 2 weeks ago and I still feel as a newcmer when i read within this site. Still be reading now for that 2 weeks a lt of stuff helping me tio undestand a lot.
I feel as a "end-usser" not as a develloper since linux and its derivates are not my professionalities as also english ist not my mothers language.
So have sympathy when reading somesing misspelled from me.
At least - I'm 49 years old and live in germany
best regards

thanks to the team from maemo.org and even nokia

Hi all,
I'm joining you from Iran. I'm sure you all know about the political problems lingering over our head here. The political issue with the unwanted government brings about some badies with it. The one most concerning me is internet censorship.
That's the main reason I'm here. To get the Iranian people's messages out we need internet on the go with out the gov's blocks.
I'll be here searching on how to get the N900 geared up to connect to anything through anything at any time.

Howdy from Upland, CA (US) !!

No N900 yet.. debating wether to switch back to TMO from ATT.. crappy coverage around here on both.. but it has been good lately.

Hoping that there will be more portrait mode functionality has I use it one handed often, while driving

Got my N900 two days ago and I am loving every minute of it! I wish it was a little better on the AT&T network, but it seems to be finding free WiFi everywhere we go. Great for mass transit folks because, as a driver, you'll crash playing with it.

With no effort, syncs with Google Sync, BTs with a ZipCar, FM transmitter in the kitchen, plays (some) movies... It's a wonderful computer!

Hello world!

I've only had this phone for a few days and I'm having a good play around with it.
