try ./flasher-3.0 --disable-rd-mode --reboot
or I think in flasher 3.0 you can use -R for reboot

Put Flasher on a Linux box, then run it. Switch off the tablet, connect via USB, press the home key and then the power button. Release the home key when you see the USB logo on the top right of the screen. Now follow Seri@lDie's instructions... or read the Wiki.

Running Flasher on the tablet will never work: the tablet is not binary compatible with PC's.
./flasher-3.0 --enable-rd-mode
But when I try to disable with
./flasher-3.0 --disable-rd-mode
I get the following error:
Syntax error: "(" unexpected
