I'd like a real Call Log. e.g. if I've been playing phone tag, I want to see the timing of the calls back and fort. Or how many (at what intervals) calls from someone have I missed?

First of all, copy and paste does not work consistently in all applications and in some places you have to get into edit mode.... Copy&Paste should work all over the place, it should be there all the time!!
MMS is something that i get a lot of and send so I would not complain about getting that.
Searching and sorting the notes app is also important (under calendar). I got a lot of notes and use it very much, together with Outlook.
those things disturb me most at the moment. Others are a plus
