What if we could make a plugin for MicroB, or even Mozilla (which really needs it), that could transfer a video stream to either Mplayer, the default player or even apps like ZouTube?
Rendering the page + streaming video content via a separate application would significantly decrease the waiting times and CPU usage.
Something simmilar has been proposed by jaysin22, here.
