in x-term first do a "cd MyDocs" (because this is the place which is viewed when you connect the phone to your pc)
then do a "ls -a" to know which folders/files are there.
the names are a bit different as the names in the file manager.
the folder "Audiofiles" is named ".sounds" for example.
so you can do a "cd .sounds" to get there.
then you can do a "ls -a" again to list what's in there again. ^^
(remember "ls" or "ls -a" is your friend )
