Just found the following new features that are not documented in the PR1.1 Changelog:

• In Image Viewer, you can now use an existing photo, crop a part of the photo and use that as the avatar of your selected Contact.
• Applicaiton icons are sorted by application name in ascending order, instead of sorting by installation sequence in previous firmwares.

Do you guys find more new features that are not included in the Changelog?

I did notice the icons had re-arranged themselves after a reboot, but im almost certain they did this prior to the big update

You could crop and set as contact pic before the update as well.

the first thing was also possible on the old firmware.

I have noticed that I can no longer play any of my videos that worked prior to the release. More like a rotten egg than an easter egg

Oh really? I notice this because I am doing Chinese localization on Maemo 5 and after the firmware update, that extra button in Image Viewer has no label assigned --- I remember all buttons were properly locallzed in that screen before the update, and so I thought it was new in PR1.1

Some noticeable stuff after 1.1 update: (not really easter egss..)
1. Portrait mode for MicroB browser. (still in beta stage)
2. Games run faster / smoother. Nearly all games. (eg. Labyrinth Lite)
3. Ovi Maps interface is better and follows you as you move.
4. Menus are rearranged. Icons in 'More..' are sorted alphabetically.
5. Front camera quality is improved although it's still bad. =P
6. Video recording is much better with far less frame drops and stutter.

This is true... I don't even know why it is being mentioned as something that has been "added" or "improved" upon in the new update. There were so much important thing that needs to be worked on but instead they "FIXED" things that were already working fine in the previous FM. This cropping, which I did countless amount of times in the previous FW, is now considered "added" feature. Also, the USSD codes were not working and was reported and voted on by several people long time ago but was not added to the new FW update instead they FIXED *#06# ( which displays your IMEI). There was absolutely no need for this to be FIXED since this same information can be retrieved from settings->about. What a waste!
