Hi,

Does anyone know a restart Application?
(i would like to restart my N900 without having to turn it off and on)

You can alter the apps menu to show a reboot option.

qwerty12 told me this:
As root, edit /etc/systemui/systemui.xml and remove the <!-- and --> lines from the file. Save, and reboot.

This will show reboot, and a top button as well in your applet menu. If you need more specifics search the forums it has been talked about at lenght in a few threads.

Edit: Also not spamming your question (which has been answered already) across multiple boards would be appreciated.
