Join the rest of the world - most of the call centres nowadays are run in India. Funnily enough the rest of the word manages to deal with the world outside their own borders. I agree it doesn't help the matter with language barriers but then I have the same issue with some other nations languages too - it's called international and most people work towards a common understanding.

It's amazing that the guy spends more efforts arguing on the internet when he's clearly stated that he was going to return the device (or already did, I didn't bother reading the thread) than ever before.

Maybe next time you buy a device, you may want to provide a bit of that insane devotion to try and help improve the device you so hate. You know, like, constructive criticism, rather than non-stop trolling.

People are not the issue. It's what they are told to say. I spendany hours
asking them why I can not connect when E71 and E51 can and they gave me all sort of lies......

No but then iTunes is a locking mechanism. I liked the idea of the iPhone but wanted something that didn't take over my machine and require me to pay through the nose for anything sensible. As it didn't do what I wanted I decided not to buy it - familiar argument?

Don't get u? I have factory unlocked iPhone . No issues with locking
