Hi,

I'm having serious problem with calling, with earpiece actually. In short it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, sometimes I can hear caller but in most cases I need to switch to speaker phone and it opdesn't matter if it is uincoming or outgoing call?!?

Go to Nokia Care to have this hardware issue fixed. It's a known problem.

There is no any care center around, is it possible to fix it somehow at home?

By the way, I heard about the N900 Microphone problem and didn't know there is a problem with earpiece as well. Nokia really worth nothing lately, so much problems on an expensive hig end devices with this price range is completely unacceptable IMO!!!!!

Some people reported success opening by removing the screws at the back of the screen slider, and reattaching loose connectors.
You'll lose any warranty by this, though.

Yeah, I thought that, got the service manual level 1&2 already and will probably fix it afternoon but I think this is my last Nokia device, I just can't believe they are still repeating to the same mistakes over and over again....

This what happens when they tool a device outside of their more established lines in Scandanavia!
