At some point, I will share the artwork, but not just yet. Do you have a laser, too?

I haven't forgotten, but I've spend most of my time trying to get everyone's orders done.

The video has three parts so far.

1, I try to smash them with my fist.
2, I drop an aluminum block on them.
3, I break them apart like chicken wishbones.

I also have some comparisons of the new non-slip coating and stuff. Anything else you'd like to see?

Maybe just like a demo of playing around with the N900 while its on the stand, but I know you would probably cover that

UPDATE 11:36CST.

ALL preordered STANDS HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED! YES!

Some production shots:

All acrylic stands, waiting to be packed:

Many parts of the wooden stands (they look SO GOOD in black):

The super-secret no-slip finish drying on a bunch of pieces:

Next up, I will finish a new video showing the stands.

Then, if I am awake enough, I will finish the web-store where you can buy them.

Finally, I found a local source of envelopes. It might take until Wednesday to get them, but that means if I get stuff going, everyone can pay tomorrow, we can sort out details, and I can ship Wednesday. I'm sure there are some problems that will come up with shipping, but Wednesday is a good bet.

Believe me, I have put every possible hour, dollar, and effort into making these things really great and doing this right. I am sorry it is taking so long to get them done, but it will be worth it.

Hi,

Not sure whether my order was for the wooden one or the acrylic (page 5 of this thread). Would like the acrylic one if possible.

Thanks.

I will have the store up tomorrow.

Do you want 3 wooden or 3 acrylic?

Users:

Persson,
Phedders,
and
TomChiverton have been added to the pre-order. That's all I can absorb until the next batch. Cheers all.

Don't be sorry. I think you have been remarkably fast considering that when you first posted here, the stand wasn't even final. I know you have already manufactured first set of stands, but IF it's possible i would like to change from 2 wooden to 1 wooden and 1 acrylic. If not, no can do.
thanks.

How about a hinged version so I can fold it down and slip it into a pocket in my backpack... I think I'll loose the side pieces pretty quickly if I have to pop them off every time I travel, but this would look so great a the tray table!

But I am in for the combo set, one wood and one acrylic. Thx

Thanks,

Mike
