Is there some command in X Terminal that would change the theme?

this is not the right way, there are allready 2 original ways to change it so it has to work

Any chance you are using any homemade wallpaper with a .png ending?
That screwed up 3 out of 4 of my homescreens.
Have not had the time to look into that yet.
Small children and tons of work been eating my time.

Frozen wallpapers, not the worst of bugs but still annoying...

Have you rebooted the device after theme change?

I tried everything. And i just tried restoring to original settings. It just brought back the original theme, but i still can't change the theme.

for the moment i have still activated the original theme and changed nothing, i installed ovi theme and tried to change it but it wont open, i uninstalled it, same thing. i tried restarting but still nothing

This was my experience and a way to solve this, a heavy way but It works in my case.

Solution implies reflash phone and for someone could be a hard way, be cautious

Sorry for the offtopic, could you download apps/themes from Ovi Store? In my phone Ovi Store is not available after update to last firmware.

Uninstall all themes except for the original ones, reboot and see if it works.
