16, using it for everything linux-wise, I don't even use it as a phone.
Wondering why I didn't get an N810 when I was younger.

wow ! lots of people here under 20 using N900! Good for Nokia if the company could keep them loyal.

I don't have one yet but I still use my N810. Does that count?

I will get my N900 after Nokia has the next device running MeeGo ( or YouAllGo ? ) and the price of N900s would drop near $200.

30.

IT Professional and I use every single corner of the phone, plus addins, like VPN, VNC, SAMBA, etc.

Minus Facebook and blogging, general blabbing. I'm just waiting around for this to die down a little

31.. I am studying Media Technology and mainly use N900 for sketching with Sketch / MyPaint / GIMP ( I wonder if it possible to use N900's pressure sensitivity with GIMP? ).. other uses are Skype, IM, Email, Web, Radio, Photos, GPS.. etc.

I'm 24. I heard about the N900 right when it was published and thought it would be the perfect device for me. I placed an order right when I could and waited it to ship so eagerly that my appleloving friends with their fancy iWhatevers almost gave me a beating..

When I got my N900 I was kind a disappointed at first. It rebooted twice a day and had terrible batterylife but with and updates it got better and became like I wanted it to be.

Now it does everything: connecting with friends, browsing, entertainment, navigation, RSS, podcasts, alarms, calendar, you name it.. It's also my backup memory to remind me when to go to work or to wake up to cheer for the Finns in Vancouver or to buy flowers to my girlfriend.

53... I use it to keep track of my meds.

Internet access from a portable, pocket sized device is what attracted me in the first place. Of the mobile OS's out there that can now do this: WinMo, Apple, Google, and Maemo, Maemo is the only one that didn't seem to have a stake in trying to sell me something in the future.
I didn't want my future device limiting my access, monitoring my location, and directing my searches so that it could...

tell me more and more
About some useless information
Supposed to fire my imagination
or showing me
How white my shirts can be...
I just wanted to get me some, satisfaction.

14. got my N800 at 12, N900 at 13. (yes, with my own money)

I use it for pretty much everything I do on my desktop when i'm not around. Web browsing, instant messaging off of unlocked wi-fi (heheh, dangerous? of course.) Oh, and as a nice studying aid.

Been working on an NXT robotics controller unsuccessfully for the past month or so, waiting on spring break, else i forget to do meaningless homework like geometry (seriously, will they ever stop teaching us that, over and over? are young americans really that dumb (no offense intended...)?.
