i have question about "Try to stay away from Windows 7 64Bit as it have some issues with the Flasher driver"
the problem is "windows 7" or "64bit"?

i have problem withe the open flasher 3.5, when i run it ,it couldnt show up on my screen,it dissappear away, how come??

hi i was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this flasher problem i have. ive used the flasher before but now when im trying to add the new firmware. i run the CMD line and it says

"RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM: %m"

it doesn;t start upgrading or trying to read the device. any thoughts?

I am using a Macbook pro
I have flash my device before to update the new maemo software few months ago

today my phone was working really bad, so i decided to flash it...

Did you try to flash again? Are you sure that the battery didnt run out?

i just check right now
I think that it has battery left,

to put things worse, I freaked out and try a sudo /usr/bin/flasher-3.5 -F /Users/financialfacilitator/Downloads/\"RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin\"attachment -f

now the problem is that it start BUT the are not letter or numbers JUST little boxes

it ask me for the password and THANKS GOD i knew the exact position of the numbers so i enter it (because it doesnt show numbers)

but the DESKTOP is as well all mess up with little boxes

any help?

Make sure that it has enough power in the battery and flash it again, this should fix it

by the way, just before to flash it, I *#06# to get the imei and it show me a BLANK EMEI.... no number at all

that was part of the problem today before to flash it
