Hey everyone,
I just got my N900 and I'm trying to make my first app. The thing is I would need to use the ladspa swh-plugins. Well one of them in the list. Any ways I can install them on my laptop but I'm not sure how to get them on my N900. I installed the gstreamer-tools and the gstreamer0.10plugins-bad packages but still need to get swh-plugins on there.

I guess what I'm asking is do they need ported, recompiled or something like that? I'm new to GStreamer and not really sure how plugins work.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be awesome.
Thanks

I found the deb packages for the plugins: http://packages.debian.org/source/stable/swh-plugins. I see that the armel architecture is there.

I'm going to try and install that package manually. When I have the chance.

Lets say it works and I end up making my app and add it to extras-devel, does that mean that I will have to make this package available to extras-devel since it will be a dependency?
