I would prefer german spellchecking but no spellchecking ist better than one in a different language
So even that would be ok with me
pref("layout.spellcheckDefault", 1);
pref("layout.spellcheckDefault", 0);

i installed firefox on my new n900 and I am a bit confused.
There is NO Firefox app installed with englisch spell checking. I even installed the german dictionary (which works on my PC just fine).
Still in firefox everything ist checked for correct english spelling.
As I don't have such an problem with the pc firefox, I figured it has something to do with the mobile version.
Can anybody help me? All this red marking in every textbox is very unsettling.
