My goals:
1) Use Claws-mail instead of the builtin mail client
2) have mail checked and downloaded every n minutes without having Claws open the whole time

Current approach:
I'm trying to get things setup so that I can have alarmd (or cron) call mpop (which is somewhat like fetchmail, but more lightweight) every so often to get new mail. The problem I'm having is that mpop can't dump mail into an mh formatted mailbox and there isn't a maildir plugin for the the maemo claws mail.

I might try and make a filter for mpop that spits out files into an mh directory, but if someone either knows a better way to do this or can tell me where I can get the source for the claws-maemo packages so I can build the claws-mail maildir plugin, that would be great.
