many thanks in advance
In My sig is a program that will help you mount your N900 as a Drive letter in windows. You can then use any text editor like Notepad to edit files.

I use Programmers File editor on Windows

You can do a Google search for pfe32.exe to find it. It does not inject any "invisible" Windows BS Meta characters into your files when you edit them. Does a lot more kewl stuff as well.

Settings->Location, and disable the Network positioning

On my N900 even disableling this setting does still not work as a configure once in for all as it will continue to ask you if you want to start network positioning when you start Sygic.

Hi all ,can you help me with this problem?
I installed succesful, maps works well but NAVIGATION is about 50-200metres outside me.. And it is doing strange things.. For example when I stop on traffic light, then I go again but navigation is about 20seconds still "standing" on traffic lights...
Or it is sometimes going back ... I drive normally like a map but sometimes map turns about 50-200metres back....

See my post here:

File to edit is located under Drive/Maemo/settings.ini on the root of N900 mass memory.
