Hi

I am looking for a xterm command to mount my N900 to windows as Mass-Storage-Device.

Do you mean the rootfs? I think it is not possible to mount it directly on windows because it is ext3 and you also would have to umount the partition on the phone?!

You should just try WinSCP over wlan it has drag&drop support and works fine

Sorry, perhaps i should have explained my situation. My touch screen has become unresponsive. So, before i flash the device, i need to mount the it in USB mass storage mode via xterm to salvage some precious content

Try, as root, sh /usr/sbin/osso-usb-mass-storage-enable.sh
