I think you need to get some type of converter that can convert composite input into component input. It's not possible to just plug in composite cables into component.

According to the specifications page, it can receive analog RF signals. You should be able to connect your n900 to an analog modulator (available at Radio Shack or Best Buy) and connect that to the RF/antenna input. Then tune the TV to channel 3.
However, most TVs do have a composite input since it's very cheap and still useful. It might be on the side or the front instead of with the other inputs. Composite is listed as a sync source, so you may want to check again.

I have the same TV. It has no composite inputs, only component/hdmi/vga/dvi

I think that composite to VGA would be the cheapest way, if your tv has VGA in. Composite to Component is rather rare, but there are plenty of (rather expensive) composite to hdmi converters. Just google "composite to hdmi" and you get a feel for the prices. They start from around $150 it seems.

I've got a denon avr3806, plugged into my tv with an hdmi lead. I plug into the avr which converts to digital hdmi and then the tv upscales it, recommended solution if you're into home cinema too.
if i connect the cable to Y connector, i can get a bad b&w image.'
does anyone has any solution?
