There is nothing correct about this post in any way.
1. You can't just get the Rom for a device and install it on any device willy nilly, otherwise we'd see all sorts of Hardware/Software combinations that don't exist.
2. The iPhone OS, a pretty yet very barebones mobile phone OS, is in no way based on Mac OSX. They call it OSX simply because they like the name.
This isn't possible and will never happen, I'm sorry.
