Could you please take a look at the button that says "Details" and let us know more?

when i try to install it, it starts to install then the big banner comes on screen and says unable to install. i only get the option to look at "details" before i press install, after the screen is blank.

Have you looked at Details > Problems (or Installing)?

Don't set to zero, there's a reason why transitions are there, they keep you from pressing the wrong button. When transitions are zero, you aim for a button and right before you tap the screen flips and you tap something else.

Shorten if you must, but zero isn't the best setting.

Isn't rotation effect what you get when flipping phone from portrait to landscape?

Okay...

Type this in terminal and post the output:

Code:
df -h /
(No need for sudo/root)
