Deandad, get a life and stop being so full of your self. May be you spend some time and teach me how to become like you. I am done with this post and forum, people like this dude are too arrogant for me. You know where you can put your 770!!!

Ugh.

Deansdad, you're being a condescending forum elitist.

Popeye, you're being a spoiled forum brat.

Let it go, both of you. The end result from both attitudes is just a flame war. No one really tends to leave a forum forever in anger. Likewise, there are ways of leading the horse to water that don't involve beating said horse half to death.

If you want a user to use the search function, hand them LINKS to the information they're asking for, including a link to the search page. Failing that, don't answer! The user will either pick up good search habits, or leave, and either option avoids all of the typical forum drama very quickly.

And I'm both a brat and a condescending elitist. So I'm better than both of you.

Anyway, it was a straight forward question. The answer would be a card that has a mix of speed, reliability, high read/write cycles, and large storage capacity.

Beats me as to what that is, I have a 512MB ATP card that, while it works, is too small.

Can the 770 do 4GB? Wasn't there a kernel module that allowed that? Or was that to 2GB?

Do 4GB RS-MMC cards exist?

"I apologize if my post offends you" You spent that much time to post such an elaborate response. Don't take offense?--then why did you write such a long degrading lecture. Hate to say , but good bye to this forum. The only help/advice I get is a lashing!

With such a lecture and screen name of Deansdad-I think you might have a father(dad) complex-I guess no TV tonight because of asking such a terrible question.

I already went through this... I just had to learned to accept it. This is a newbie forum where people SHOULD be aloud to ask "newbie questions" like the one you did ask WITHOUT being talked at in a certain way... but hey man it's not gonna change here.
