Our PR1.2 is Chuck Norris approved. You don't need to be an engineer to install it safely.

When questioned about the issue, Chuck Norris stared at the Camera and it broke down. He then gave a roundhouse kick to the reporter, sending him back to his office with incredible accuracy.

well I got my mate to punch out all my teeth, have put them under my pillow along with my n900, will be going to bed tonight and hopefully the nokia fairy will come and install pr1.2 on my phone...
If he/she does then i shall be accepting donations from you lot to pay for dental treatment. But it's all worth it for Pr1.2! Feeling a bit woozy from the loss of blood so, good night all...

Also isn't this stuff supposed to be open source? can i download the work in progress from somewhere?

BAD NEWS, PR1.2 was not only delayed, but totally discontinued 
he is now supporting a different linux phone, more info here:
