Please note you DONT have to install the vanilla EMMC unless you want a full flash clearing out all your saved data and for this file you MUST do a backup using the N900 backup to your sd card before you flash or you will not be able to restore apps etc etc.

I have 2 n900 ..one is from UK i ordered for my bro and one is from UAE that i use....
The Uk one was the first to get Updated yesterday to PR1.2 via OTA and did a good job.
and now when i received the PR1.2 notification and tried to install ..It told me to connect to PC to update it...why is that?
anyone has a clue!
