Today I'm going to talk Windows Phone 7 what I like and don't like about it.
What I like about it
1. The user interface is really nice an clean.
2. It doesn't look like anything I've seen before.
3. The Zune features look pretty cool too I used to own a Zune but very crappy piece of hardware nice multimedia feature liked it before the thing broke on me.
4. The Xbox features look pretty cool granted I don't own an Xbox 360 but for any Xbots this should be perfect.
5. Will be nice and easy to use because this is the only thing that I have seen so far that compares to the smoothness of the iPhone.
What I don't like and boy is there a lot to hate.
1. The platform will be closed like the iPhone Microsoft why do you have to do this now they said wouldn't be strict about there developer policy so I will wait to give my final judgment on that policy.
2. The system requirements are way to high like 1ghz cpu, 3d accelerator, 8gb of storage, 3 special back, search, and Windows button, at least a 5mp camera with at least dual led flash and fm radio tuner. Why must there be these weird system requirements.
3. Lacks basic features like multitasking, it doesn't have adobe flash but will be getting it, no copy and paste, and no expansion slots.
4. There is no native app development so it might suffer from the problems palm pre had with apps I will wait to see about this.
Overall I'm very disappointed with this but most people won't be sure most people aren't hackers or enthusiasts but that doesn't mean it consumer friendly device can't be a hacker friendly one to I mean come on I will probably buy older Windows mobile device because that everything this doesn't have.
Ok there is already this same post in buy and sell posted in the wrong area reposting here.

Thanks for that review and it looks like Android might be the way if Nokia doesn't get their act together.

It sure seems to have an interesting UI, and its pretty feature rich. I'll be able to play with it at work just as soon as the devices start to roll out, which is pretty exciting.

The phone specs are really high in comparison to whats needed to run Android phones, kinda makes me feel like Microsoft cant really be arsed to optimise the code much, so they're just gonna rely on brute power to get it through.

Speculation though, I reserve judgement untill I get to sit down with it for a couple of hours.

I don't get their selling point. They've had mass exodus from their platform to bb/android/iphone over the past 2-3 years. It's gonna take a lot to pull people back into their fold.

The same selling point of the iPhone lacks basic features but wht it does it does super well people like well implemented features as apposed to lots of features also it is perfect for stupid people/ I mean the average user but update 1.2 Nokia n900 convinced me not to buy anything else also Xbox games and multimedia.

I think lack of native applications and super high and weird system requirements will keep the platform from gaining any steam.

Thanks. I got about halfway through before the lack of punctuation annoyed the bejesus out of me and I gave up.

I lost all interest the moment I found out it would be locked down iPhone-style.
