I sat on mine already often cause I have it in my back-pocket, it also fell down already two bigger stairs. Still I have it in a very solid leather pocket made by Krusell so it doesn't even have a scratch yet 
Pocket itself holds also fine, my dog tried to eat it already and I see no damage in the leather :P
