Hi I know that wifi switcher helps in saving battery, what are the other tips to do to save battery power? Thanks

The most useful one is undervolting without overclocking!
A lot more info in the Wiki and forum.

I'am going to sleep 4:30 over here!

Edit: I corrected my mistake i did mean undervolting.

^what exactly does that even mean? are there different clock frequencies?

He may refer to installing kernel-power and use the low voltage profile.

Turning off wifi alone may not save as much battery as putting it into Hard Sleep mode: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=49982 (special thanks to No!No!No!Yes! for this)
