Download the NSU to your PC running windows, then connect your phone to your laptop via USB. NSU detect the phone and the version, and allow you to do the upgrade.

When i had the problem it was due a missing update for the power kernel.

I have a similar problem, I get the error "Internal Error. Application "Contacts" closed". I use Titans Kernel V28 and everything works fine @ 900 MHz + ULV profile. The issue appears ONLY with the contact list, no other application shows it even after hours of heavy usage.

There is a way to fix the issue temporary:

1. Disable the MSN Butterfly plugin (Works most of the time)

Is that bug in the Titan kernel?

v28 was a horribly broken experimental version. just upgrade to v37 in testing
