I seem to recal, froml when I borrowed someone's Ocean to look at, noticing that it supported neither DUN nor PAN. I don't think you'll be able to connect to the Internet through your Ocean using ANY device, N800 or otherwise. It also doesn't support bluetooth file transfer.
Someone may hack the Ocean to add these features, but for now I don't think it'll work.
